Mary Ellen Mueller holds a degree in art education from the
University of Wisconsin Whitewater which included study in Florence Italy where
she was introduced to the process of etching and the love of architecture.
She enjoys the detail of the etching process, the spontaneity
and surprise effects of monoprints and the challenges of plein air painting.
Mary Ellen enjoys commissions of architectural drawings of homes, buildings and
landmarks.
Her self published book “A is for Amaryllis” incorporating the
alphabet using the illuminated letter and teamed with flowers and their
meanings is a labor of love.
