Susan Hale #27 on the 2017 Covered Bridge Art Studio Tour stop Oct. 13-15th

Susan Hale is an Impressionistic Colorist Painter. She is known for her vibrant use of color and bold brushwork. Her paintings emit a sense of joy. Susan loves to paint "plein-air" and in her studio, a converted 1860's fieldstone barn. Her backyard garden and world travels are a constant inspirations for her paintings. "Color is magic to me", she says.

Pamela Ruschman’s passion is centered on the livestock and landscape of Wisconsin.  Pamela is an oil painter who grew up on a dairy farm in Southwestern Wisconsin.  As a child, the rolling hills, vistas, barns and animals filled her creative imagination.  Today, Pamela can often be found plein air painting along a quiet country roadside capture the livestock, landscape and beauty of Wisconsin on canvas.

Pamela Ruschman is an oil painter who grew up on a dairy farm in Southwestern Wisconsin.  The rolling hills, vistas and barns from this area of the state provide continual inspiration.  After spending twelve years in the advertising industry, she decided to pursue the idea of painting full time.  Often, Pamela can be found plein air painting along a quiet country roadside or near a dairy farm capturing the livestock, landscape and beauty of Wisconsin on canvas.
