Celebrating its fifth year as a part of the Cedarburg community, the Cedarburg Art Museum has many art and community-based events on the roster for the coming months! On view through summer and opening in early fall are numerous exhibitions— Paul Yank: Process and Perspective, From China With Love: Hand-Colored Photographs and Letters Home 1919-21, Altered Scale: Sculpture by Richard Taylor, selections from Cedarburg Plein Air Festival’s Best of Show, gifts of Carl Marr’s Milwaukee family, Leon Travanti: Main Streets, Art from the Jepson Collection, and of course, the exhibition of the museum’s annual juried show. With submissions open through July 31, Historic Cedarburg: Then and Now will be a juried exhibition celebrating the rich history and contemporary community of Cedarburg.
It is also Beer Garden season now through Wine & Harvest
Festival! Every Thursday through September 13, the museum’s back garden will
have live music, food from local vendors and restaurants, featured artists from
our gift shop, and great libations. All are welcome to
drop in, no cover. Other exciting events happening in the upcoming months
include Main Street Art Camp for kids, Yoga and a Beer, and the Metal Pour
(which will coincide with the Covered Bridge Art Studio Tour).
The calendar of events, exhibition info, and more are
available on our website, cedarburgartmuseum.org, by calling 262-377-6123, or
