Pamela Ruschman’s passion is centered on the livestock and landscape of Wisconsin. Pamela is an oil painter who grew up on a dairy farm in Southwestern Wisconsin. As a child, the rolling hills, vistas, barns and animals filled her creative imagination. Today, Pamela can often be found plein air painting along a quiet country roadside capture the livestock, landscape and beauty of Wisconsin on canvas.

Lynn Rix paints almost exclusively “en plein”, outside , from life. You can find her out in all seasons, with the Wisconsin snowy winter and painting from her boat in the summer being her favorites. Rix works spontaneously and in the impressionist style with quick brush work and a limited palette, catching a quick snapshot of a particular moment in time. Her paintings are full of light, atmosphere and emotion which clearly depict her love of the outdoors and her home state of Wisconsin.
